5 days Serengeti and Zanzibar tour is a trip which will start with wildlife viewing experience in the famous Serengeti national park where you will engage in game drives and search for wildlife species such as elephants, buffalos, antelopes, giraffes, elands, waterbucks, impalas, cheetahs, lions, leopards among others.
During the safari, you will also visit Zanzibar island and enjoy relaxing by the white sand beach. The tour will start with pick up in Arusha and end with drop off in Zanzibar.
Day 1; pick up and drive to Serengeti national park
Your guide will pick you up from Arusha on the first day of the tour and you will start your drive from Arusha to Serengeti national park which is a destination known for the big five and for amazing wildlife viewing throughout the year. The drive will take about 7 to 8 hours from Arusha to Serengeti national park.
You will be driven to the lodge for your dinner and to spend the night.

Day 2; full day in Serengeti national park
After having breakfast early at the lodge, you will engage in a morning game drive around the vast savannah plains of Serengeti national park where you will look for wildlife species like the big five and also wildebeests, hippos, elands, impalas, kudu, waterbucks, zebras, gazelles, giraffes and predators like lions, leopards, cheetahs among others.
You will also have lunch after the morning game drive around Serengeti national park and later engage in another game drive around the national park to search for other wildlife species. After the game drive, your guide will drive you to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3; flight to Zanzibar island and option stone town tour
You will have breakfast at the lodge ahead of a drive to Seronera airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar. On arrival at the airport in Zanzibar you will be picked up and driven to the hotel for check in.
Depending on your time of arrival, you will visit the historical town of Stone town and later return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4; Zanzibar beach
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will enjoy relaxing at the beach and enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean and the breeze.

Day 5; departure
On the last day of your tour, you will have breakfast and check out of the hotel and you will be driven to the airport for your flight out of Zanzibar which will bring the safari to an end.
