Detailed Itinerary of 7 Days Tanzania Migration and Lake Natron Safari
Day 1: Transfer to Tarangire national park, Game Drive and Walking Safari
Your Tanzania safari guide will meet you and welcome you for the safari at the airport upon arrival or hotel of stay in Arusha. He will brief you about your safari at hand, and will proceed on a transfer to Tarangire national park, which is known for its large herds of elephants. You will also look out for the various wildlife species such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, rhinos, giraffes, zebras, hartebeest, wildebeest, elands, impalas and many bird species.
Embark on a guided walking safari where you will also enjoy beautiful views of the baobab and acacia trees where the wildlife species take shelter. You will proceed to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Hhando Coffee Lodge/Winters Tented Lodge for Mid-range.

Day 2: Transfer to Serengeti National Park (Northern Area), En-route Masai Bomas
After an early breakfast, with your packed lunch proceed to transfer to the northern part of Serengeti National Park. Drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you shall visit the Masai Bomas and learn the way of life of the Masai that still live with the wild game. Continue through the central part of Serengeti National Park all the while looking out for the different wild game that you shall spot whilst on your drive, punctuated with a picnic lunch stop in Serengeti National Park.
As you drive to the camp, look out for the migrating herds and if time allows, enjoy a short game drive in northern Serengeti, in the Mara River area, chancing to spot the anticipated Mara River crossing! Check in at the camp, relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at the camp.

Day 3: Full day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park (Northern Region)
After an early breakfast, you will enjoy full day to explore the Serengeti National Park on a game drive in the Northern Serengeti famous for the wildebeest migration. Look out for wildlife such as giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, lions, leopards, elands, wildebeest, zebras, hippos, cheetahs, crocodiles in the river looking for prey, among others. Chance to witness the Mara River crossing!
You can also enjoy your lunch in the wilderness and later engage in another game drive while searching for wildlife like elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, buffaloes among others. Your guide will take you back to the lodge later. Dinner and night at the lodge.

Day 4: Mara River Area Game Drive, Transfer to Central Serengeti
You will have breakfast at your lodge as you prepare to engage in a morning game drive around the Mara River area of Serengeti national park yet again, in the quest to see the Mara River crossing. Thereafter, proceed to the central Serengeti plains, you will search for different wildlife species like lions, leopards, cheetahs, hippos, elephants, wildebeests, antelopes, giraffes, hippos, waterbucks and many others. You will have your lunch before another game driving experience in the national park in the afternoon.
Your guide will drive you around the national park in the central part of Serengeti national park as you look out for different attractions and wildlife species in the distant plains. You will proceed to your lodge after this experience for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Transfer to Ngorongoro, Ngorongoro Crater Drive
Breakfast will be served at your lodge as you prepare for your transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will also have an optional stopover at the Olduvai Gorge, the origin of Humankind.
With your packed lunch, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater and you will visit Lake Magadi, which is found in the center of the crater. You will engage in a game drive and search for various wildlife species such as elephants, rhinos, buffalos, lions, leopards, cheetahs, wildebeests, zebras as well as flamingos along the shores of Lake Magadi. Look out for the big 5 animals in the Ngorongoro Crater floor.
As you enjoy the beautiful scenery of Ngorongoro, your guide will drive you to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Hhando Coffee Lodge for Mid-range.

Day 6: Transfer to Lake Natron, Lake Natron Shores Visit
After an early breakfast, proceed to transfer to Lake Natron. Proceed on an easy guided walk to visit the Southern part of Lake Natron and explore the ecological diversity and magnificent breeding sites of flamingoes.
You shall see a variety of pink flamingoes here. During your walk, you shall also get to cross a forest where you shall get to see a number of giraffes. Return to the lodge, relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Masai Giraffe Eco Lodge.

Day 7: Lake Manyara National Park Game Drive, Departure
Breakfast will be served at your lodge ahead of your transfer to Lake Manyara National Park, with your packed lunch in hand. You will chance to see the famous tree-climbing lions during your safari in this national park. You will also enjoy views of the Great Rift Valley during your safari. Enjoy a picnic lunch and thereafter proceed to transfer to Arusha, with a drop off at the hotel or airport for your flight. This ends your 7 Days Tanzania Migration and Lake Natron Safari.
